Branch Learning Labs

We bring together change leaders from different organizations within one specific branch to discover, exchange and learn how to lead change in complex systems or contexts.

"Leadership, like swimming, can not be learned by reading about it." Henry Mintzberg
"The desk is a dangerous place from which to view the world." John LeCarré
"Everybody has a plan, until they get punched in the face" Mike Tyson

Branch learning labs are intensive year-long programs to guide and support the change process evolving within organizations and help change leaders to create more impact. Participants develop a deeper understanding of the system of their branch and its specific challenges, and together explore how to influence the system effectively.

Exploring new ways together

Exploring new ways together

The team of participants repeatedly meets to learn and share practical insights on system change, innovation and leadership. They learn from each other’s challenges, explore interventions, share feedback to strengthen personal performance, and master key learnings on effectively leading change within their organizations.

Branch learning lab programs originate organically, as they are tailored to the challenges and specific needs arising during the change process within the organizations.

Key learnings on change:

  • Organic: the outcome is not set from the beginning
  • Integration of culture & structure
  • Build effective teams and help them fight constructively
  • Creating change platforms

Effecting transformation by:

  • Personal cases: strengthening your personal performance
  • Company cases: using actual company specific challenges at hand as learning cases
