Heidi her mission is to let people get more in touch with their true nature from their inner strength. At Flying Elephants, together with Eveline de Wal, she facilitates the True Nature Leadership Trail.

The common thread in her working method is the enrichment of a deep personal transformation in which boundaries are literally and figuratively pushed back. Nature is an important tool in this and the best place for adventure ;). As a trainer and coach she has extensive experience in facilitating programs; both individually as with teams and groups. In addition her many years of experience in various positions in management come in handy. She is an active, empathetic, decisive and intuitive coach and facilitator and she has both feet on the ground.

Beside her role at Flying Elephants she is founder of Fireflies Coaching, partner and mother of three teenage girls.
