Roderik, born in Leiden (1971, is coach and facilitator for leadership programs. He works with individuals and groups.

He uses his intuition and sensing skills to feel where the energy gets stuck. With love, using clarity, humour and his background in psychology, internal martial arts and everything else he’s got, he lets you connect with that which needs addressing. Through dialogue he helps you to find your own solution. He is driven to get you out of your head and let you feel your full potential.

In addition to his role at Flying Elephants, he is founder of Flow Sessions, where he works as a coach and martial arts trainer.
