Vanh is a social and emotional intelligence coach, a connector, initiator and facilitator who helps professionals to develop their leadership skills and is passionate about cross-generational collaboration and education. She has started a social endeavour, Everyone Matters, to create an enabling environment where individuals can grow and build on their strengths and talents without being hindered by social norms and values that certain professions are better than others.

Vanh has a strong background in international development covering water and tourism sectors. She works closely with leadership coaches, including Wouter Lincklaen Arriens of TransformationFirst.Asia, to empower emerging leaders. She is the developer and facilitator of the Emerging Water Professionals Program of the International RiverFoundation in Australia. She loves helping people turning ordinary days into outstanding ones.
